A strawberry co-fermented decaf from Sebastián Ramírez's Finca El Placer in Quindío, Colombia, processed using anaerobic co-fermentation with wine yeast and dehydrated strawberries before undergoing Ethyl Acetate Decaffeination. The result is a sweet, fruited cup with notes of strawberry jam, chocolate cherries, dulce de leche, and milk chocolate.
