Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of the coffee recommendation service provided by CoffeeByMe (hereinafter "Service") and establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Service and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to the AI-based coffee recommendation service provided by CoffeeByMe.
  • "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these terms.
  • "Taste Profile" refers to coffee preference information entered by the user.

Article 3 (Service Provision)

The Service provides the following features:

  • Personalized coffee recommendations based on user preferences
  • Coffee product information
  • Purchase location information
  • Coffee-related guides and information

Article 4 (Service Use)

① The Service can be used by anyone without separate registration.

② Users must comply with these terms, and users are responsible for all consequences arising from violations of these terms.

③ The Service should be used only for informational purposes and may not be used for commercial purposes without authorization.

Article 5 (Limitations of Recommendation Service)

① The AI recommendations of this Service are for reference only and do not guarantee the actual taste or quality of products.

② Personal preferences are subjective, so recommendation results may not match all users' preferences.

③ The Service assumes no legal responsibility for recommendation results.

Article 6 (External Links)

① The Service may provide external seller links for user convenience.

② The Service is not responsible for transactions or issues that occur on external sites.

③ Users must check the terms and policies of external sites when using them.

Article 7 (Service Suspension)

① The Service may suspend service provision in the following cases:

  • System inspection, maintenance, replacement, or failure, communication interruption, etc.
  • Natural disasters, national emergencies, or other force majeure events

② The Service is not responsible for damages caused by service suspension.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

① The Service does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information and materials obtained by users through the Service.

② The Service does not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties and assumes no responsibility for such disputes.

Article 9 (Copyright)

① All copyrights to content provided by the Service belong to the Service.

② Users may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit content provided by the Service without authorization.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

① The Service may change these terms as necessary, and changed terms will be notified through notices within the Service.

② Changed terms take effect 7 days after notice.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

① These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② In case of disputes related to Service use, the competent court follows the Civil Procedure Act.
