A stunning washed Ethiopian from the Gotiti kebele in Yirgacheffe, offering vibrant and complex notes of lemongrass, cara cara orange, and green tea with a delicate, fruity character. Grown at high altitude by over 800 smallholder farmers and meticulously processed at a centralized washing station.
