Cultivated by Julio Madrid and processed by Julio Andrés Quiceno, this Caturra variety undergoes a nitrogen-charged, anaerobic fermentation with fruit inoculates like watermelon and passionfruit. The resultant cup is heavily fruited, tasting of watermelon candy, with subtle florals and red fruits following.

This is our third year working with Raulito to source incredible coffees from Guatemala, and our second year working alongside Herbert Perez at Finca Libano. With the hallmark florals of Gesha and the creamy tactile of Acatenango, this unique and friendly coffee is a stalwart example of great Guatemalan coffee.
